This family is taking an exciting step toward expanding their home with a brand-new one-story ADU designed to create more space, flexibility, and long-term comfort for everyday living. After about two months of back and forth with the city for plan approvals, which is actually considered a fast turnaround, we were able to move forward and officially begin the project. We’re currently in the demolition stage, clearing the way for what will soon become a fully functional living space with its own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and open living area. As the project progresses, the focus will be on thoughtful layout, efficient flow, and quality construction that blends seamlessly with the existing home. We’re excited to share the journey from these early stages all the way through to the final result.
